SEMINAR MANUALS

E&A principal, Frank C. Evans, is the author of numerous seminar manuals that have been used in programs that have been attended by thousands of corporate executives. For over 25 years, he has designed, written and taught several popular seminars for the American Management Association. He served for 20 years on the faculty of the Central Atlantic Advanced School of Banking. He has taught in executive management programs at several major universities, and has conducted seminars for numerous Fortune 100 corporations. He is also one of a select list of about twenty individuals in the United States who has served as an instructor on business valuation topics in courses for certification for the Institute of Business Appraisers, American Society of Appraisers and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
